George Washington (13-14, 9-7 A-10) led 34-21 at halftime and extended its lead to as many as 18 points in the third quarter.
Sophomore guard Gabby Reynolds led the Revolutionaries in scoring with 12 points.
Graduate guard Aaliyah Parker led the Bonnies with 12 points and seven rebounds.
Bonaventure hosts Fordham University (10-18, 2-15 A-10) for Senior Day in its regular-season finale on Saturday at 1 p.m. The game will air on ESPN+ and the Bonnies Online Network.
