The St. Bonaventure University women’s basketball team looks to break its four-game losing streak when it travels to face Loyola Chicago on Saturday at 3 p.m. in the Gentile Arena.
The all-time series between the programs stands tied at two.
The Bonnies (12-10, 3-7 A-10) rank fifth in the Atlantic 10 in field goal percentage at 42.5% and sixth in scoring defense, holding opponents to an average of 61 points per game. Loyola (9-11, 5-4 A-10) stands seventh in scoring defense, holding opponents to 62 points per game on average.
Graduate guard Laycee Drake leads the Bonnies with 15.4 points, 5.9 rebounds and two assists per game.
Following a 74-59 road win to St. Louis, the Rambler have won three straight and five of their last six games.
Freshman guard Alex-Anne Bessette leads Loyola with 12.4 points and 3.3 per game.
