If Donald Trump wins this upcoming election, his first two weeks will be extremely important. Many democrats will be upset, demoralized, and angry. This will give Trump the perfect opportunity to improve from his mistakes and set the tone for his new term.

Most people did not like Trump because he was unable to unite the country in times of stress and uncertainty. He would go on verbal tangents whether it be in person or on social media. He would attack anyone who disagreed with how he ran things. If Trump wants to unite the country, that behavior needs to change.

The president has a duty to keep the peace, and using Twitter to bombard your non-supporters isn’t exactly the way to maintain tranquility. So, people got tired of his act – and rightfully so.

If Trump let his economic policies speak for themselves, things might have gone differently. According to Trump’s campaign website, “Under the Trump Administration, more Americans were employed than ever before – 160 million—and the unemployment rate fell to a 50-year low.”

Trump brought America jobs – which is his biggest accomplishment. However, America’s current economy is tanking.

So, as controversial as it is to say, America could use Trump right now. But, America deserves a version of Trump that appeals to all people. The economy does not hold any weight if Trump cannot change his ways.

Trump is known for being stubborn. He is blinded by his self-righteousness and wealth. So, whether or not Trump is able to change should be up for debate. Yet, it seems improbable.

If Trump can redeem himself and win the support of America, the country will reap his benefits. The 2024 presidential election is one of the biggest in recent history, and the outcome will determine if Americans believe Trump is capable of change.
