Throughout the show Peter Quint’s charm swoons Rebecca Jessel, played by Tahirah Sharif, and the pair end up in an affair that unfolds over the course of the second half of the season.
Once viewers get to episode five, a deadly twist is revealed leaving fans shocked. In this particular episode Hannah Grose, played by T’Nia Miller, is at the center of the action. During the final minutes of the episode, it is revealed that Hannah has died after several hints were dropped throughout the episode based on Hannah’s memory loss and serious case of daydreaming.

Fans also rave on social media about how much they love the show and how easy it is to gravitate towards a favorite character.
“The Haunting of Hill House” features Victoria Pedretti, Henry Thomas and Oliver Jackson-Cohen which is why the cast has been deemed recognizable by many fans of “The Haunting of Hill House.” The 2018 show also has the first season on Netflix and is filled with many hidden clues and major scares throughout it, leaving viewers on the edge of their seats the whole time.
The end of season one of “The Haunting of Bly Manor” ends almost exactly how it started with a shot of the narrator, played by Carla Gugino, having fallen asleep in a chair in a hotel room waiting for someone to come through the slightly ajar door. A hand appears during the final minutes on the narrator’s shoulder leaving fans confused as to whose hand it is. As the show fades out, fans learn the truth about the narrator and who she really has been the entire time.
