Last week, St. Bonaventure announced a new partnership with Sun Air Express Airlines. This will expand the Bona Bubble, enabling more Bonnies to travel to Pittsburgh.

Thanks to the work of Cameron Myers, the general manager of Bonnies Sports Properties, students, faculty and staff will now be able to book a flight from the Bradford to Pittsburgh airports at the reduced price of $19.99. The standard rate for this trip is $29, giving students a 33 percent discount.

Steve Mest, the associate athletics director for external relations, discussed his thoughts on the new partnership, he said.

“We are happy to partner with Sun Air, especially since this partnership has resulted in a benefit that can be utilized by many people on campus.”

Flights to Pittsburgh will depart four times per day Monday through Saturday, along with two flight offerings on Sunday. Students can visit flysunairexpress.com with the promo code STBU15 to book flights.

Any questions or concerns can be directed to Myers by email at cmyers@sbu.edu or by telephone at 375-2086.

Bradford Regional Airport is located at 212 Airport Rd., Lewis Run, Pa. 16738.
